The Fort Heritage Precinct is temporarily closed. For more information, please click here.

We welcome back some familiar faces, and some new faces. Everyone looks forward to meeting all the schools coming out this season. Joseph Wood has stepped into the position as our permanent Program Assistant over the summer months. We welcome back Glen Buchan and Brianna Nadin-Leal, and welcome Al Stewart, Mellisa Larouche, Marg Elliott, and Khalehla Litschel our newest casual Program Assistants.

We are excited about the variety of skills and experience of our team this season. Experiences range from teachers to historians we even have in the mix a retired parole officer. We will leave it up to you to try and figure out who has what experience. While a rest is well deserved, we are happy that Glen is only reducing the amount of time with us. He will occasionally be around when he isn’t off travelling the world and enjoying his retirement. We also would like to wish Jessica Weller a great year of studying as she sets to complete her masters on the west coast.

"Amazing learning connections were made between our study of past and present and your program. Lunch facilities were great. The games and hands on activities we played were so much fun. So many happy faces to be spending time in jail! The tour of village were also extremely well done. Again, the children were kept engaged and involved. The mock trial was great fun. I can’t say enough about your program It is absolutely fanstastic. Your staff does an outstanding job leading the children."
